Guys have so much to live up to too. Possibly more! They are forced into this masculine way of behaving and presenting themselves. Girls can wear pants. Guys can’t wear a skirt. Girls can wear little to no makeup, and it’s not a big deal. If a guy wears makeup, he could get his ass kicked. Girls can wear sneakers or high heels. If a guy wears high heels, he will get so much shit for it. People are much less accepting of guys trying to break the stereotypes regarding their appearance than females, but of course, let’s just feel sorry for the females because there is a stereotype of their weakness and inability to deal with things. Fuck that. We females have made a lot of progress regarding breaking our gender stereotypes. Now, let’s help the guys out. We as a society should be less harsh and less judgmental not just regarding females but regarding males as well. I felt like I had to say something because this is rarely brought to peoples’ attention.
